The restaurant of Farm holidays Zaine is characterized by a simple and genuine cooking with a special look at the ingredients and preparation of tasty dishes. Canederli with speck and cheese or with herbs, spinach and nettle , gnocchi with pumpkin, barley and legumes soup, vegetable flans are only some examples of our first course. Then you can get goulasch ( beef stew with herbs) sausages, braise, roast , grilled and mixed side dish as local potatoes, grilled courgettes and mushrooms

We suggest at the end our cakes, home cooked as for example ricotta or apple or buckwheat cakes, our ice cream , wild fruits with cream. After meal taste our grappa prepared with herbs and fruits picked up nearby and you get a strong energy to live in the mountains , trekking, skiing biking and riding
